Decoys and Traps
A few harmless bait files and an unused network port that nothing you use ever touches. When something does, it is a strong sign of an intruder, so you hear about it at once.
Bait files
Files with tempting names, such as a list of passwords or a finance sheet, placed in your Documents, Desktop and home folders. They contain nothing real.
An alarm at the first touch
If something changes, moves or deletes a bait file, the app alerts you on the spot, and the next scan judges what it means.
A decoy port
An unused network port that no program is told about. A connection to it from another computer is a sign that someone is probing your machine.
Yours to control
Turn the decoys off in the app at any time, and the untouched bait files are removed.
Which plans include it
Strong and above. Higher plans recognize more patterns in what touched them.
Bait files never leave your computer. The app reports only which bait was touched and how.

Each plan's card shows how many defense mechanisms its scans run.
