The service
A.I. Sky Fortress is endpoint-protection software that runs on your own computer. It inspects files you already have, flags items its detection logic considers dangerous, and reports results to your dashboard. It performs detection and reporting. No security product can find every threat, and A.I. Sky Fortress does not promise to; you remain responsible for your own backups and security practices.
Subscriptions and billing
A.I. Sky Fortress is sold as a monthly subscription. The plans are Entry, Entry Multi, Strong, Strong 25, Ultimate, A.I. Fortress, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus, at the monthly prices shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Payment is handled by our payment processor. A subscription renews every month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Free trial
A new account gets one 7-day free trial of the plan it chooses. To start the trial, you choose your plan and enter a debit or credit card; nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your card is charged the plan’s monthly price automatically, and then every month, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel from your subscription page at any time during the trial; if you do, you will not be charged, and your protection continues until the trial ends. We email you when the trial starts and again before it ends. There is one free trial per account: an account that has had a trial or a paid plan before is billed from the start.
Acceptable use
Use A.I. Sky Fortress only on computers you own or are authorized to protect, and only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to resell, copy, or reverse engineer the software, or use it to harm others. Do not send the service crafted, synthetic or automated scan data, and do not probe it to learn how it decides.
Your data
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: the contents of the files it scans never leave your device.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Global Vibing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the last change, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where Global Vibing is formed.
